# Invite colleagues to join

> Select your profile picture → View Profile → Invite & Earn, then select Copy Link and share the link with colleagues. Only shown if your company allows invitations.

1. Select your profile picture at the top right, then **View Profile**.
2. In the menu on the left, select **Invite & Earn**.
3. On the **Colleagues** tab, under "Or share this link with your Colleagues", select **Copy Link**.
4. Send the link to your colleagues, for example by chat or email.

When a colleague opens the link, it takes them to your company's Vantage Circle page to sign up. The link is yours, so you can share it with as many colleagues as you like.

## If something's different

**You don't see Invite & Earn.** Your company has turned invitations off.

**You don't see the Colleagues tab.** Your company allows family invitations only.

**Invitations typed into Colleague's Email ID aren't arriving.** Invitations sent from the email box, and from the **Family Members** tab, aren't being delivered at the moment. Use **Copy Link** instead.
