# "Action planning is unavailable"

> Action planning has to be turned on for your company, and only super admins and HR admins can use it.

The page shows one of two reasons under **Action planning is unavailable**.

**"Action planning is not enabled for this company."**
Action planning isn't turned on for your company. Ask your account manager about adding it.

**"Your admin role does not include access to this page."**
Action planning is open to super admins and HR admins only. Ask a super admin to check your role. On **Home → Overview**, the Action planning section says "Your admin role does not include Action planning." for the same reason.

If **Signals**, **Plans** and **My tasks** don't appear under **Home** at all, Action planning isn't turned on for your company.
