# Open the admin dashboard

> Sign in to Vantage Circle on the web, select your profile picture and choose Admin Dashboard with the Enhanced tag. The dashboard opens in a new tab.

You open the admin dashboard from your profile menu in Vantage Circle. The menu item only shows if you have admin access.

1. Sign in to Vantage Circle on the web.
2. Select your profile picture at the top right.
3. Choose **Admin Dashboard** with the **Enhanced** tag.

The dashboard opens in a new tab, on **Home**.

If **Admin Dashboard** isn't in your profile menu, you don't have admin access yet. Ask a super admin, or someone who can assign admin roles, to give you a role. See [Give someone admin access](/en/help/company-admin/roles-and-permissions/give-someone-admin-access/).

## Finding your way around

- The menu on the left lists the products your company has, with **Admin** at the bottom. A product your company doesn't have isn't shown.
- To jump straight to a page or an action, use **Search pages and actions** at the top, or press **/**.
- Pages and buttons you don't have permission for are hidden. See [Admin access and permissions](/en/help/company-admin/roles-and-permissions/admin-access-and-permissions/).
- To sign out, select your picture at the top right and choose **Log out**.

## Opening a dashboard link

If you open a link to a dashboard page while you're signed out, you're sent to the Vantage Circle sign-in page. Sign in and open **Admin Dashboard** from your profile menu. If you do that within 15 minutes, the dashboard takes you to the page in the link. After that, it opens on **Home**.

## If something goes wrong

- **"We could not sign you in"**: go back to Vantage Circle and choose **Admin Dashboard** again. Each try uses a new sign-in link.
- **"This login link is not valid"**: the link has expired or was changed. Start again from your profile menu in Vantage Circle.
- **The dashboard opens but a product is missing**: your company doesn't have that product. Contact your Vantage Circle account manager to ask about it.
