# Edit or remove your classified ad

> Go to Classified → My Ads. Use Edit Ad to change an ad or Disable this Ad to take it down. Ads can't be deleted, and an ad marked as sold can't come back.

Open **Classified** in Perks and select the **My Ads** tab. Each ad shows its **Status**, how many views it has, and how many buyers have made offers. The status is one of **Pending Approval**, **Approved**, **Not Approved**, **Disabled** or **Sold**.

To see offers, select **Buyer Information** on the ad. Each offer shows the buyer's name, picture, price and message, plus their mobile number if they chose to share it. **See Ad Description** shows your description again.

## Edit your ad

1. Select **Edit Ad** and select **I Accept** on the **Disclaimer**.
2. Go through the steps and change what you need.
3. Select **Update Ad**.

Every edit sends the ad back to be checked. It leaves **All Ads** and shows **Pending Approval** until it's approved again.

## Take your ad down

You can't delete an ad. Disabling it takes it off **All Ads**.

1. Select **Disable this Ad**.
2. Choose a reason under **Select a Reason**. The window asks "Why do you wish to delete this Ad?", but the ad is disabled, not deleted.
3. Add **Additional Comments** if you want to, then select **Submit**.
4. When you see "Ad disabled successfully.", select **Ok**.

The reason you pick matters:

- **I have already sold my item.** marks the ad **Sold**. A sold ad can't be edited or brought back.
- Any other reason marks it **Disabled**. The ad shows "This Ad is disabled" and a **Reactivate Ad** button.

## Bring a disabled ad back

Select **Reactivate Ad**. The edit steps open. Check the details and select **Update Ad**. The ad is checked again before it goes back on **All Ads**.
