# Claim a flash deal

> During a Perks sale, open the sale's tab in Perks, pick a brand or deal and select Get the Offer. Sales are for employees in India and run against a countdown.

Flash deals are limited-time offers that Perks runs as a sale. Each sale has its own tab in Perks, named after the sale, for example **Great Indian Sale**. The tab shows only when the location in your profile is in India.

Shop & Earn is now part of the sale page. Old Shop & Earn links open it.

## Shop a sale

1. **Open the sale.** Open **Perks** from the top menu and select the sale's tab. If you don't see it, look under the three-dot menu, **Explore More**.
2. **Check the countdown.** While a sale is on, the page shows **Sale ends in**. Between sales, it shows **Sale starts in**, and the brand tiles are previews you can't open yet.
3. **Pick a deal.** Select a brand tile at the top, or a deal further down the page. Each one opens the brand's offer.
4. **Get the code.** Select **Get the Offer**, copy the code, then select **Go to [brand] Website** and shop as usual. The steps, limits and messages are the same as for any corporate offer. See [Find and use a discount](/en/help/perks/discounts-and-coupons/find-and-use-a-discount/). If the button says **Activate Offer** instead, it's a cashback offer.

When **Sale ends in** reaches zero, the sale closes for everyone.

## Lucky draws

Some sales have included a lucky draw with a gift hamper as the prize. In those sales, you're entered when you place an order through a sale deal. There's nothing else to sign up for.

Winners get an email from support@vantagecircle.com asking them to confirm their delivery details. Reply to that email so the prize can be sent.
