# My Pulse survey won't open

> The message on the screen tells you why. Most often you've answered every question you have for now, or the survey has ended.

Instead of the questions, the survey page shows a message. Find yours below.

**"You have already completed all questions for the assigned surveys."** You've answered or skipped every question sent to you so far. If the survey sends questions in rounds, the next round opens it again. You'll get an email when it arrives.

**"Survey period has ended. Thank you for your previous participation."** The survey has ended, or HR has paused or stopped it. You can't answer any more questions in it. Answers you already gave are kept.

**"No active surveys are currently assigned to you. Please check back later."** No questions have been sent to you in this survey. Either you're not in the group HR chose, or your first questions haven't gone out yet. If you think you should have it, ask your HR team.

**"Survey is not available on mobile app"** Open the link from your survey email in a web browser instead, on your phone or computer. Surveys also open in Microsoft Teams if your company uses Vantage Circle there.

**"No survey for now"** You're on the Pulse page and nothing is waiting for you. New questions show here when HR sends them.

**The survey page goes straight to your Vantage Circle home page.** The survey couldn't load. Open it again from your survey email. If it keeps happening, tell your HR team.

## Exit surveys

**"This survey link isn't valid"** The link is incomplete. Open it straight from your invitation email instead of copying it.

**"This survey link is invalid."** The link doesn't match an exit survey. Open it straight from your invitation email. If you still see this, contact your HR team.

**"This survey is not currently active."** The survey hasn't started yet, or HR has paused or stopped it.

**"This survey has ended."** The time to answer is over. You can't answer any more.
