# "Analytics is not available for your role"

> Reporting managers can't open Analytics, Heatmap or Comments yet. Overview still shows results for your own team.

This is expected if you have the reporting manager role. Analytics, Heatmap and Comments only show company-wide results today, so they're closed to managers until they can be limited to your team. Analytics and Heatmap say "Analytics is not available for your role". Comments says "Comments are not available for your role".

What you can use:

- **Overview** shows scores and participation for your own team.
- **Surveys**, **Templates** and **Questions** are view-only. **Settings** is also view-only unless you're an HR admin as well.

If you're also an HR admin, you can change survey languages, add comment tags and use **Emails**. Analytics, Heatmap and Comments still stay closed. If you need company-wide results, ask a super admin. Super admins always see results for the whole company.
