# Manager tools in Recognition

> Your budget, approvals, Insights, Boost and delegation each appear only if your company uses them and has given you that permission.

Your manager tools are in the left panel of your Recognition home page, in your profile menu and on feed posts. Each one shows up only if your company uses it and has given you that permission. If you expect a tool and can't see it, ask your HR team.

| **Nominate** | Left panel | You can nominate people for awards. |
| Budget card, with **Available Budget** and **Spent Budget** | Left panel, under your profile | You hold a reward budget. |
| **Budget Report** | Left panel | You can give awards from a budget. |
| **To-Do List** → **My Approval** | Left panel | You approve nominations, or someone has asked you to approve for them. |
| **Nomination Quota Available** or **Approval Quota Available** | Left panel | You approve nominations and your company uses award quotas. |
| **Insights** | Left panel | Your company uses Manager Insights and at least one person reports to you. |
| **Boost** | Under award posts in the feed | Your company uses Boost and has given you the Boost role. |
| **Assign Delegation** | Profile menu, top right | Your company uses delegation and you're an approver. |
| **My Panel Vote** and **Announce Winner** | Under **To-Do List** | You're on a panel for a panel award. |

Insights isn't available in the Vantage Circle mobile app. Use a web browser.

Who reports to you comes from your company's employee records. If the wrong people show as your team, ask your HR team to correct your reporting line.
