# Track upcoming work anniversaries

> Recognition → Service milestone → Upcoming celebrations lists the yearbooks open for anniversaries in the next 7 days, with the messages collected so far.

- Product: Recognition › Service milestones
- Who can do this: Admins who can open service milestones
- Plan: Recognition
- Where: Admin dashboard

Go to **Recognition → Service milestone**. **Upcoming celebrations** is the first tab. You can open it even if you can't change milestone awards.

The list shows employees whose yearbook is open and whose anniversary is between tomorrow and 7 days from now. That matches when yearbooks open by default, about a week before the day. Anniversaries without a yearbook, and anniversaries that are today, aren't listed. Some companies use a longer window, and the heading above the cards says which one you have, for example **Upcoming celebrations in 7 days**.

The cards under **Invitations and messages for upcoming anniversaries** count invitations and messages for those same anniversaries, not since your company started. **Messages-to-invitations ratio (%)** can go above 100, because one person can write more than once.

## The list

**Upcoming work anniversaries** shows **When**, **Employee**, **Years of service** and **Messages**. **Messages** is the number of messages written so far. Select **View invitations** next to it to see how many people were invited. Search by name, email or years of service.

Select **Download list** for a CSV of the list, with the anniversary date, name, email, years of service and yearbook messages.

Open the three-dot menu at the end of a row for three more options:

- **View invitations** shows how many invitations were sent automatically and how many were sent by employees.
- **View messages** shows the messages written so far.
- **Download messages** saves that person's messages as a CSV, with each writer's employee ID, email and name, the message and the message type.

## Post a message for someone else

If a colleague asks you to add their message for them, open **View messages** for the person celebrating. Under **Post on behalf of an employee**, search for the colleague (type at least 2 characters), write the message and select **Post message**. It shows that colleague as the author in the recognition feed and in the yearbook, not you.

## If something goes wrong

- **"Upcoming anniversaries could not be loaded."** Select **Try again**.
- **"The full list could not be loaded, so some anniversaries may be missing."** Reload the page before you rely on the list or download it.
- **"Messages could not be downloaded"** Try **Download messages** again.
- **Someone is missing from the list.** Check that their anniversary is in the next 7 days, that their date of joining is in your employee data, and that their milestone award includes a yearbook. People who turned off work anniversary posts in their profile don't get a yearbook, so they aren't listed.
