# Reward catalog

> Rewards Hub → Catalog → Reward catalog shows the same rewards employees see when they redeem. You can search, filter and download it, but not change it.

**Rewards Hub → Catalog** opens on **Reward catalog**. It's the same list of rewards employees see when they redeem their points. Catalog availability and point-to-currency rates can't be changed on this page.

If your company has redemption turned off, there's no **Catalog** tab.

## What you can do

- **Search the catalog** by reward name.
- Filter with **All countries** and **All categories**. You can pick more than one of each.
- Select **Download** to save the list as a file.

## Columns

| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| **Reward** | The reward's name and logo, with the amounts it comes in underneath |
| **Category** | The reward's category |
| **Countries** | The countries where employees can redeem it |
| **Stock** | **In stock** or **Out of stock** |
| **Status** | **Active** or **Paused** |

Above the table, "Showing" tells you how many rewards match. A broad search can match more rewards than the page can open. If you see "Only the first" followed by a number, narrow the search or add a filter.

The catalog data comes from the gift card provider. To see what employees have actually redeemed, open **Rewards Hub → Points redemption**, or download a redemption report. See [Download Rewards Hub reports](/en/help/rewards-hub/emails-and-reports/download-rewards-hub-reports/).

## Milestone catalog

If your company runs service milestones, there's also a **Milestone catalog** tab. It sets the gifts employees can pick on a work anniversary or at retirement. If a milestone has no catalog, employees use the full reward catalog. See [Service milestones](/en/help/recognition/service-milestones/).
