How do I check the engagement score for individual categories?

Go to Insights in the left navigation, then select Categories.
Each of the 10 engagement categories gets its own row, showing:
- Engagement Score: the current score for that category compared to the previous period, so you can see whether things are improving or declining
- eNPS Score: the Promoter, Passive, and Detractor breakdown specific to that category
- Participation: how many employees responded to questions in that category
Categories are colour-coded to help you prioritize at a glance:
- Green (Strong): score of 70 or above
- Yellow (Neutral): score between 60 and 69
- Red (Needs Attention): score below 60
To dig deeper into a specific category, click View More on its row. You’ll see the individual questions within that category and the score for each one.
