You can download the point redemption report from the dedicated Report section on the Dashboard.  

To access the report section and download the Point Redemption Report, follow the steps outlined below: 

Step 1: Visit the Admin Dashboard and select Vantage Recognition from the top header section of the window.

Step 2: In the left panel, click on Reports.

Step 3: From the list of available reports, locate and select Point Redemption Report 

Step 4: On the next screen, set the following parameters: 

• Country: View, point redemption by location. 
• Date Range: Specify the period for the report. 

Step 5: Once all parameters are selected, click on the Generate Report button in the top right corner. 

Step 6: After the report is generated, click on the Download button to save the report.
