Saurabh is a “freelance HR Business Partner” with deep generalist skills and a strong business connect. He straddles across strategy, design and implementation, with specific focus on Employee Engagement, Performance & Rewards Management, Career Architecture and Leadership Development. He has 14 years of Consulting experience with Aon Hewitt, Mercer and Korn Ferry and 3 years of Corporate HR experience leading HR for the Technology & Product teams at InMobi.
