Check your cashback points Select your profile picture, then Cashback History, to see each tracked order and its points. Points Statement lists every points transaction, cashback included. How-to

Earn cashback on a purchase Open Perks → Cashback Stores, choose a store, select Activate Offer and then Go to the store's website. Start with an empty cart and place your order in that same visit. How-to

Find new offers In Perks, select Newly Added to see the latest discounts and cashback offers, or sort an offer list by What's new. Links in older emails can point to offers that have ended. How-to

Understand

How cashback worksShop at a store you opened from Perks → Cashback Stores and you get points back. They're added once the store reports your order, so the timing depends on the store.

Fix a problem

My cashback hasn't been creditedPoints arrive only after the store reports your order. If it's missing, send a claim from View Profile → Missing Points and attach your invoice as a PDF, JPG or PNG.
