My cashback hasn't been credited
Points arrive only after the store reports your order. If it's missing, send a claim from View Profile → Missing Points and attach your invoice as a PDF, JPG or PNG.
Points are added only after the store reports your order to Vantage Circle, and there’s no fixed time for that. First check Cashback History (select your profile picture, then Cashback History). If the order isn’t there and you followed the store’s steps, send a claim.
Claims can’t help with orders that were cancelled, returned or exchanged. Those don’t earn points.
Send a missing points claim
- Select your profile picture, then View Profile.
- Under Points, select Missing Points.
- Fill in Store Name, Date of Purchase, Item Name and Amount paid. For Amazon.in, add the Date of Dispatch too.
- Choose the Device Type you shopped on: Web, Android, Windows or IOS.
- Under Invoice, attach your invoice as a PDF, JPG or PNG.
- Under Select the options appropriate with your purchase., tick each statement that’s true for your order. You need at least one.
- Select Submit Request.
You’ll see “Thank you for sending your missing cashback. We will get back to you shortly”. Your claim and invoice go to the Vantage Circle support team, who follow it up with the store.
If something goes wrong
You used an unsupported invoice file. Use a PDF, JPG or PNG invoice with one full stop in its file name, such as invoice.pdf. Other file types can show the thank-you message without sending the claim to support. If that happened, send the claim again with a supported file.
“File cannot have multiple extension” Rename the file so its name has only one full stop, then attach it again.
“You have reached the maximum number of attempts for sending missing points query. Please try again next hour.” You can send up to 5 claims an hour. Wait for the next hour.
You don’t see Missing Points. It only shows if your company has cashback offers. If you use more than one points wallet, switch to your main wallet. If it’s still missing, your company has turned claims off. Ask your HR team.
