Can I skip certain questions in the survey?

Yes, you can skip questions for certain situations. However, when you click on the Skip Question button on the bottom-left corner of a question, multiple answers pop up as to why you want to skip that particular question. Click on the reason you resonate with the most and you automatically get redirected to the next question.
