How are the questions distributed in the survey?

The questions in a Vantage Pulse survey are chosen by your company’s admin. However, the order in which you receive them is completely random and is determined by an algorithm on our end.
That is, a question you received in a recent survey will only be received by your peer in their next survey. This is done so that after the first survey is completed, the dashboard can display the analytics for each survey question.
