How many questions should be in a pulse survey?

Too many questions can lead to extreme survey fatigue and eventual employee disinterest. That is why we designed our Vantage Pulse surveys to be as brief and to the point as possible. However, because the admin has the ability to choose how many questions to send in a single survey, we strongly advise sending 3-5 questions per survey.
