Will it be beneficial to add custom questions to the survey?

With Vantage Pulse, you get the ability to add new or customized questions to your survey. However, we recommend that you use our standard questions because benchmarking is only available in standard questions and not in custom questions. Benchmarking will show you how your organization compares to competitors across geography and industry.
