What are my privileges as a manager?

As a manager / Nominator, you get some exclusive privileges in Vantage Recognition distinct from other employees.
You can:
- Reward employees with monetary awards
- Nominate employees for panel awards
- Get access to the Manager Insights, which gives you insights about
- Monetary awards and nominations you gave,
- Employees whom you have not recognized yet,
- Recognition activities of managers directly reporting to you,
- Intra-team recognition activities,
- Rewards received by individual team members
