What is Manager Insights, and how can I access it?

The Manager Insights enables you to gain insights on the recognition you’ve given, identify team members whom you have not recognized yet, recognition activities of managers directly reporting to you, intra-team recognition activities, rewards received by your team members, etc.
Accessing manager insights
Follow the steps below:
Step 1: Begin by logging in to the platform. Once logged in, you will land on the Vantage Recognition homepage.
Step 2: Now click Insights option on the left panel of your homepage to access the manager insights.
Note: You can access managerial insights only if you are a designated manager or have managerial rights active on your account.
