Choose your milestone gift

When you reach a work anniversary your company celebrates, or you're close to retiring, a gift catalog opens. Pick one gift, add a delivery address in your country and select Redeem Now. It doesn't cost you any points.

A milestone catalog is a list of gifts your company picks to mark a work anniversary, such as 5 years. Some companies also have a Retirement catalog, and a few have an Onboarding one for new joiners. You choose one gift from each catalog you can open, and it’s delivered to you. It doesn’t use your points.

When your catalog opens

  • Work anniversary: on the day you complete the years your company celebrates. A few companies open it a little earlier. You get an email and a notification in the platform.
  • Retirement: 28 days before your retirement date, as your company has it on record. You get an email about your retirement gift. The catalog closes before your retirement date, so order early.

If you haven’t chosen yet, you’ll get reminder emails. For a work anniversary, they come 30, 120, 180, 270 and 335 days after it. For retirement, they come 21 and 14 days before your retirement date.

How long a work anniversary catalog stays open depends on your company. If you’re not sure, ask your HR team.

Choose and order your gift

These steps are for the web.

  1. Open the catalog. Select Redeem at the top of the page, then the Milestone card. Or open the Milestone tab in Recognition and select Redeem Gift on the left.
  2. Pick the milestone. The row along the top shows each catalog, such as 5 Years or Retirement. The page opens on one you can use. Milestones you can’t use show a lock.
  3. Check the delivery area. Delivering to at the top shows your zip or postal code. Select the pencil to change it. What you see depends on your country, and for retirement on your years of service.
  4. Choose a gift. Use the filters or search, then select Redeem Now on the gift you want. The window that opens shows About the Product, Terms & Conditions and what it’s Awarded for. The quantity is always 1.
  5. Select Check Out. You go to your cart. It holds only this gift, with no points to pay.
  6. Add your address. If the cart button says Proceed to Checkout, select it. Pick a saved address and select Deliver to this address, or fill in Add New Address and select Save address. You can also change or edit the address under Delivery Address in the cart.
  7. Select Redeem Now. A confirmation appears and you get an order confirmation email.

Your name, address and phone number are shared with the supplier so they can deliver the gift. The cart shows “I agree to share my details for order fulfillment.” already ticked.

To check on your order later, open Order History and select the Milestone tab.

Rules to know

  • One gift per catalog. Once you’ve ordered, Redeem Now is greyed out for that milestone.
  • No points. Milestone gifts are free to you, and your points balance doesn’t change.
  • Your own country only. The delivery address must be in the country your account is set to.
  • One cart at a time. You can’t have a milestone gift and points-based items in the cart together.

If something goes wrong

“Currently, you’re not eligible for any milestone rewards.” You haven’t reached a milestone your company celebrates, or the catalog for it has closed.

“No milestone catalog has been configured for your company.” Your company hasn’t set up a catalog for your country. Ask your HR team.

“Sorry, you have already redeemed a gift from this catalog.” You’ve already ordered from this milestone. Check Order History.

“Sorry, you are not eligible for unlocking 10th milestone service” (with your number of years). That milestone isn’t open for you yet.

“Sorry, the item can’t be shipped to a location outside your country.” Choose or add an address in your own country.

“You have merchandise added to your cart. Please complete the transaction or clear your cart to add more items.” Finish or empty that order first, then come back. The same applies to Amazon items.

Your HR team sets up the catalogs. For how admins do it, see Service milestones.
