Vantage Circle

Sign in to Vantage Circle

Open your company's Vantage Circle page and use the sign-in option your company set up: a password, single sign-on (SSO) or a one-time code. Your HR team can tell you which one you have.

Your company chooses how you sign in. You’ll have one or more of these:

  • A password, with your work email or, at some companies, your employee ID.
  • Single sign-on (SSO). You sign in with your usual work account on your company’s own sign-in page. You don’t have a separate Vantage Circle password.
  • A one-time code (OTP) sent to your email. Only some companies offer this.

If you’re not sure which one you have, ask your HR team.

Find your company’s page

Each company has its own Vantage Circle address, such as acme.vantagecircle.com. When your company adds you, you get a welcome email. Its Login Now button opens your company’s page. Bookmark it.

If your welcome email has a Login Id and Password in it, sign in with those and then change the password. See Reset or change your password.

Sign in with a password

  1. On your company’s page, select Login.
  2. Enter your Email-ID and Password. If your company uses employee IDs, the first box asks for your employee ID instead.
  3. Leave Keep me signed in ticked to stay signed in on this browser. On a shared computer, untick it. You’re then signed out when you close the browser.
  4. Select login.

From the third wrong password, the message tells you how many tries are left. The fifth wrong password locks your account. Resetting your password lifts the lock.

Sign in with SSO

If your company uses SSO, its page has a sign-in button marked (SSO User). Some companies show only an SSO button.

  1. Select the SSO button.
  2. Your company’s sign-in page opens. Sign in with your work account.
  3. You come back to Vantage Circle, signed in.

Your password belongs to your company, not to Vantage Circle. If you’ve forgotten it, ask your IT team.

Sign in with a one-time code

If your company offers it, its page has a Login via OTP button.

  1. Select Login via OTP.
  2. Enter your Email-ID and select Request OTP.
  3. A 4-digit code arrives by email. It expires after 10 minutes. Some companies send it by text message instead.
  4. Type the code in the OTP box and select Submit OTP.

You can’t ask for a new code while the last one is still valid. After three wrong codes, the fourth try cancels the code. Request a new one.

First time: create your account

At some companies you create your account yourself.

  1. On your company’s page, select Join Now.
  2. Enter your work email, your name and a password of at least 6 characters. Some companies ask for 8, or for extra details such as your employee ID.
  3. Tick “I accept the terms and conditions”.
  4. Select Register Now. You see “Successfully registered. Please wait while we login you.” and you’re signed in straight away.

Use your work email. An address your company doesn’t use gets “The email address you have entered does not belong to” followed by your company’s name. If you already have an account, you see “User Already registered. Please login with your credentials.”

If there’s no Join Now button, your company creates your account for you. Wait for your welcome email, or ask your HR team.

If you don’t have a company email

This depends on your company’s setup:

  • Employee ID. Some companies let you sign in with your employee ID and password.
  • Personal email. Some companies let you register with a personal email address. The Join Now form then asks for your personal email.

If neither applies, ask your HR team how you should sign in.

Stay signed in and sign out

If you’re inactive for 30 minutes, a message says “Your session is about to expire”. Select Stay signed in to carry on. Some companies use a shorter or longer time.

To sign out, select your profile picture at the top right, then Sign Out.

To sign in on your phone, see Use the Vantage Circle mobile app. If something goes wrong, see I can’t sign in.
