"Analytics is not available for your role"

This is expected if you have the reporting manager role. Analytics, Heatmap and Comments only show company-wide results today, so they’re closed to managers until they can be limited to your team. Analytics and Heatmap say “Analytics is not available for your role”. Comments says “Comments are not available for your role”.

What you can use:

• Overview shows scores and participation for your own team.
• Surveys, Templates and Questions are view-only. Settings is also view-only unless you’re an HR admin as well.

If you’re also an HR admin, you can change survey languages, add comment tags and use Emails. Analytics, Heatmap and Comments still stay closed. If you need company-wide results, ask a super admin. Super admins always see results for the whole company.
