Change or extend a campaign Use Edit campaign or Add badge in the campaign's menu. Before a campaign starts you can change everything; once it's running you can only move the end date, add badges and change the reminder. How-to
Create a recognition campaign Go to Recognition → Campaigns → Create campaign, set the dates, choose at least one campaign badge, pick the two emails and select Create campaign. How-to
Stop a campaign early Open the campaign's menu in Recognition → Campaigns and select Stop campaign. Its badges can't be given from then on, and you can't restart it. How-to

How recognition campaigns workA campaign is a set of badges that employees can give only between a start date and an end date. Everyone gets an email when it starts and a reminder the day before it ends.
