Check your leaderboard rank
Select Leaderboard at the top of the Recognition home page. My Ranking shows your current rank, worked out from the awards and appreciation badges you've received.
- On the Recognition home page, select Leaderboard at the top, next to Feed.
- Choose a period: This Month, This Quarter or This Year. A tab only appears when it has rankings, and This Quarter is only used by some companies.
- Look at My Ranking on the right. It shows your current rank for the period you chose.
The main list shows the top 10 people. Some companies show fewer. Select a name to open that person’s profile.
How your rank is worked out
Your rank comes from recognition you’ve received, not what you’ve given. Each approved award adds 7 and each appreciation badge adds 3. Some companies count only awards.
The periods count back from today. They don’t reset on the 1st.
- This Month covers the last month.
- This Quarter covers the last three months.
- This Year covers the last 12 months.
Everyone sees the same top list. If you’re outside it, only you see your rank.
Filter the rankings
Select Select Filter, choose a Country or any other filter your company has set up, then select Apply. The country choice only appears if your company has people in several countries.
Other tabs
- All Time ranks the all-time top achievers by the most badges and awards won. It shows each person’s AWARDS and Badges counts.
- By Awards shows the winners of one award at a time. You’ll only see it if your company uses it.
If something’s missing
You don’t see Leaderboard. Your company has turned it off.
You only see All Time or By Awards. Your company has turned off the monthly and yearly rankings.
On the 28th of each month, you’ll get a notification asking you to check out the top achievers on this month’s leaderboard.
