See and choose your profile badges
Your profile badge shows under your name on the Recognition home page and your profile. If you hold more than one, choose which comes first in View Profile → Edit Profile → Profile Badge to Display.
On the Recognition home page, your profile badge shows under your name on the left. Select it to see every badge you hold. If you haven’t earned one yet, you’ll see Unlock Profile Badge instead. Select it for a short note on how to earn one.
To open your Recognition profile, select your name in the same panel. Your badge sits under your name there too.
Choose which badge shows first
If you hold more than one badge, you can pick the one people see first.
- Select your profile picture at the top of the page, then View Profile.
- Select Edit Profile.
- Under Work Information, choose a badge in Profile Badge to Display.
- Select Save Changes. You’ll see “Profile Edited Successfully”.
Profile Badge to Display only appears while you hold at least one badge, and lists only the badges you hold now. Your other badges still show when someone opens your badge list.
If you change the language you use Vantage Circle in, your choice is cleared and your badges go back to their default order. Pick your badge again.
See other people’s badges
- Search. Type a name in Search for colleagues… at the top of the Recognition pages. People with a profile badge have a badge icon next to their name. Select someone to open their profile, then select the badge under their name to see all of theirs.
- Leaderboard. In the list below the top three, each person’s first badge shows next to their name. A number such as “+2” means they hold more.
- Notifications. When someone in your department earns a value badge, you get a notification. Select it to see their badges.
Everyone in your company can see your profile badges in these places.
