Understand
How your points workVantage Points and reward points are the same thing: one balance, named by your company. Points have a set value in each country, and you can only spend them on what's in Redeem.
When your points expireOnly if your company uses points expiry. Then each batch of points you're given has its own end date, usually 12 months after you got it, and you get a reminder email before it passes.
