Check your points
Your balance shows in the top bar. For every point added or spent, select your profile picture, then View Profile → Points Statement.
Your balance shows in the top bar, next to your profile picture. It carries your company’s name for points, such as Vantage Points. Selecting it takes you to the redeem page.
See every point in and out
- Select your profile picture at the top right, then View Profile.
- In the menu on the left, under Points, select Points Statement.
On a phone browser, open the menu, select your points balance, then Points Statement.
The top of the page shows your total and, at most companies, what it’s worth in your currency, for example “4500 (= ₹450)”. Select the info icon next to the total to see how many points make one unit of your currency.
Below that, each row is one change to your balance, newest first:
- Source: the logo of the shop, brand or award.
- DESCRIPTION/REASON: what happened, such as “Spot Award” or “Order placed”.
- DATE: shown in UTC, unless your account is in India.
- Points Credited and Points Debited: points added and taken off.
- Balance Points: your balance after that row.
- Balance Amount: the same balance in money. Most companies show this column.
You see the latest 10 rows. Select Show more (+) for the rest.
A few rows worth knowing:
- Points with an end date. Some rows end with “Valid till” and a date. See When your points expire.
- Expired points. A debit row with “EXPIRED” in its description.
- A cancelled or failed order. The points come back as a separate credit row with the order’s status.
- Points moved from another country. A credit row that says, for example, “Points Transferred from India to United States”.
Select Redeem Points to spend your points. If your company lets you buy points, you’ll also see Purchase Points.
If you haven’t received any points yet, the page says “Sorry, you don’t have Vantage Points yet.”
How you know points have arrived
When you get an award with points, you get an award email and a notification in Vantage Circle. Points your HR team adds come with an email too. Whatever the source, every credit shows in Points Statement.
If your company uses more than one wallet
Some companies keep points in more than one wallet, for example a main wallet and a wallet for a special programme. Your top bar shows the wallet you’re using.
- Select your points balance in the top bar, then Change Wallet.
- In Select a Wallet to make a Redemption, pick a wallet. Your main wallet is marked Primary.
- Select Confirm.
Your balance and Points Statement now show that wallet. If your cart has items from the other wallet, you’re warned that changing wallets will clear your cart. Select Confirm to go ahead, or Cancel to keep your cart.
Only one country at a time
Your balance and statement show the wallet for the country in your profile. If you’ve moved country, points from your old country aren’t included. See Move points to another country’s wallet.
If something goes wrong
You don’t see a points balance or a Points section. Your company doesn’t use points redemption. Ask your HR team.
Points from an old country are missing. They’re still in that country’s wallet. Move them across, as described above.
Cashback from an online order hasn’t arrived. Cashback is part of Perks. See Cashback and Vantage Points.
