The Social Leaderboard is a fun and easy-to-use display board that ranks employees based on recognition and rewards. It is used to celebrate winners and keep the competitive streak going. The Leaderboard displays the employees’ names along with their pictures.
Ranking Criteria: Employees are ranked based on both monetary and non-monetary recognitions they have earned.
Default Weightage:
-Nomination (Monetary recognitions): 70%
-Appreciation (Non-monetary recognitions):30%
