"Action planning is unavailable"
Action planning has to be turned on for your company, and only super admins and HR admins can use it.

The page shows one of two reasons under Action planning is unavailable.
“Action planning is not enabled for this company.” Action planning isn’t turned on for your company. Ask your account manager about adding it.
“Your admin role does not include access to this page.” Action planning is open to super admins and HR admins only. Ask a super admin to check your role. On Home → Overview, the Action planning section says “Your admin role does not include Action planning.” for the same reason.
If Signals, Plans and My tasks don’t appear under Home at all, Action planning isn’t turned on for your company.
