Approve or decline nominations Go to To-Do List → My Approval, open a nomination with View, then approve or decline it. Approving the last level gives the points; a decline can't be undone. How-to
Ask for more budget or award quota Select Request Budget on your budget card, or Request Quota on your quota card, and fill in the form. It's sent to an admin by email; there's no status to track in the app. How-to
Boost a recognition Select Boost under an award post, choose an amount and confirm. The extra points go straight to the person who got the award. Only people with the Boost role see the button. How-to
Check your team budget The budget card on your Recognition home page shows what's left and what you've spent in each country. Budget Report lists every credit and debit. How-to
Let someone nominate or approve for you Open your profile menu, select Assign Delegation, choose one person and tick what they can do for you. You both get emails, and you're told each time they nominate, appreciate or approve for you. How-to
See your team's recognition insights Select Insights in the left panel to see how often your direct reports are recognized, by you and by others, and who you haven't recognized lately. How-to
