Vantage Circle

Check your team budget

The budget card on your Recognition home page shows what's left and what you've spent in each country. Budget Report lists every credit and debit.

Your budget card is in the left panel of your Recognition home page, just under your profile. You only see it if you hold a reward budget.

  1. Pick the budget. The name at the top of the card, such as Rewards, tells you which budget you’re looking at. If you have more than one, use the arrows to move between them.
  2. Pick the period. The dropdown lists this year’s periods, such as “Jul 2026 to Sep 2026”. It opens on the current one. Most companies use quarters.
  3. Read the rows. You get one row per country you hold budget for, with Available Budget and Spent Budget. Past periods show only Spent Budget, because what’s left is a current figure.

If your company lets managers ask for more, you’ll see Request Budget at the bottom of the card. See Ask for more budget or award quota.

See every transaction

If you give awards from a budget, you’ll also see Budget Report in the left panel.

  1. Select Budget Report. It opens on your last 10 transactions.
  2. To see a date range, choose a Start Date and an End Date, then select View Report.
  3. Use Country to switch between countries.

Each row shows the DATE, Allocated To/By, Description/Reason, Credit Budget and Debit Budget. Select Download csv to save the date-range report. It’s only on wider screens, not on a phone.

If nothing happened in those dates, you’ll see “No record found for the selected dates.”

When points leave your budget

Points come out of a budget when an award is actually given. For an award that needs approval, that’s at the last approval, not when you nominate. If the award is declined, nothing is taken.

Boosts can also come out of your budget. That depends on how your company set up Boost. See Boost a recognition.

To give an award, select Nominate in the left panel. The steps are in Recognize colleagues.

Why amounts differ between countries

The same award can be worth a different number of points in each country. Your company sets these amounts using cost-of-living rules, so you don’t need to adjust anything when you recognize people in other countries. That’s also why your budget has a separate row for each country.

If something goes wrong

You don’t see the budget card. You don’t hold a reward budget. Ask your HR team if you think you should.

A country is missing. You only see countries where your budget has had points added. Ask your HR team to add budget for that country.
