Ask a colleague to recognize you If your company uses Get Recognized, select Get Recognized on your home feed. Enter the person's email and a short note. They get an email asking them to recognize you. How-to
Nominate someone for an award Select Recognize, then Give an award. Choose the people, the award and its value, write why they deserve it and send it. Most nominations go to an approver before anyone gets points. How-to
Nominate yourself for an award If your company allows self-nomination, you can find yourself in the people list when you give an award. Your nomination goes through the same approval as any other. How-to
Recognize a whole team at once If your company has the Teams tab, search for a manager to add everyone who reports to them in one go. It works for badges, awards and greetings. How-to
Send a greeting Select Greet on your home feed, choose who to wish, pick a greeting and write a message. Greetings are private: they reach the people you chose and don't appear on the feed. How-to
Share your recognition on LinkedIn On a badge or award post you received, select Share, confirm, sign in to LinkedIn and post. You can share a link to the post or, if you have one, your certificate. How-to
Vote on a panel award or announce the winner If you're on an award panel, rate each nominee under To-Do List → My Panel Vote. If you're the winner selector, pick the winner under To-Do List → Announce Winner. How-to

Who sees your recognition postShared posts are visible to everyone. Restricted posts are visible to everyone, but only the people recognized see the message. Private posts are only for the people recognized.
