You can earn an Activity-based Profile Badge by actively engaging in key activities on the platform. These badges are awarded quarterly to users who rank in the top 10% within each category. The current badge categories include:

Encouragement Expert – For ranking in the top 10% of users who like and comment on Feed posts, with equal weightage given to both actions (50% likes, 50% comments).
