Every employee registered on the platform has a chance to earn a Profile Badge, regardless of their role, tenure, or hierarchy level.
Profile Badges are inclusive, allowing all employees to earn them based on their achievements and skills. The only requirement is to rank in the top 10% for receiving recognition in a specific category.
