Profile Badges are unique symbols of recognition proudly displayed on an employee’s profile, showcasing their contributions, behaviors, and alignment with company values. These badges serve as a visible acknowledgment of individuals who consistently go above and beyond—either through peer-driven recognition or through active engagement on the platform.
There are two distinct types of Profile Badges:
Core Value-based Badges
These badges are earned by employees who rank in the top 10% for receiving recognitions tagged with specific company core value hashtags. They serve as a reflection of an employee’s strong alignment with the organization’s cultural pillars.
Example: To earn the Top Initiative Driver badge, an employee must be among the top 10% of recipients of the #Ownership hashtag.
Activity-based Badges
These are automatically awarded on a calendar quarterly basis to employees who lead in key engagement behaviors on the platform. They recognize individuals who consistently contribute to building a positive, collaborative, and connected workplace culture.

Top Motivator – Recognizes employees who consistently appreciate and acknowledge their peers, helping foster a culture of gratitude.

Encouragement Expert – Awarded to those who actively uplift others by liking and commenting on Feed posts, driving positive engagement.

Smile Creator – Celebrates individuals who regularly recognize colleagues’ birthdays (excluding their own), creating a friendly and connected workplace.

Workversary Wizard – Given to employees who make an effort to celebrate coworkers’ work anniversaries, making team milestones feel special.
