To earn a Profile Badge, you need to be among the top 10% of recognition receivers in your organization for a specific value.
Each Profile Badge is associated with a particular hashtag. By consistently receiving recognition with the relevant hashtags over time, you increase your chances of being in the top 10% and earning a Profile Badge.
For example, to earn the “Top Customer Voice” badge, you need to be one of the top 10% of users recognized with the hashtag #topcustomervoice.
