Awards and quotas
Create awards, decide who can nominate, and control how many can be given.

Create a standard award Go to Recognition → Awards → Create award, choose Standard award and work through five steps. Creating the award doesn't nominate anyone or give out points. How-to
Give awards from a CSV file Create the award in Recognition → Awards with the CSV award type, then upload the people and points in Rewards Hub → Reward points. Nobody can nominate for a CSV award. How-to
Set award quotas Award quotas limit how many awards someone can give or approve in each cycle. Create a quota in Recognition → Award quotas, give people slots, then pick it as the Award limit on an award. How-to
Set up a panel award Go to Recognition → Awards → Create award and choose Panel award. You set the dates, at least two panelists who vote and one person who picks the winners. How-to

Understand
How award approvals workA standard award can need no approval, one or two. You choose who approves each level on the award, and approvers say yes or no from My Approval on the employee site.
How the three award types workStandard awards are nominated by employees, panel awards are voted on by a panel, and CSV awards are given from a file. All three give reward points.
Fix a problem
A nomination is stuck waiting for approvalNominations wait until an approver acts, with no time limit. Find out who it's waiting for, then remind them, have them hand over, or check the error they get when they try.
