Book an experience Open Redeem → Experiences, pick a holiday package and select Reserve Now. You redeem points for an experience voucher, then contact the provider by email or phone to confirm your dates. How-to

Order from the Amazon Store Open Redeem → Amazon Store, add products to your cart and place the order with your points. You stay on Vantage Circle and don't sign in to Amazon. The store is only in some countries. How-to

Order merchandise Open Redeem → Merchandise, pick an item, add it to your cart and place the order with your points. It's delivered to an address in your country. How-to

Redeem points for a gift card Open Redeem → Gift Cards, pick a brand, choose the amount and confirm. The card goes to your registered email and to My Vouchers. Once it's issued, it can't be cancelled or swapped. How-to

Track an order Open Order History from the Redeem bar or the phone menu. Each order shows its payment status, each item's status and tracking details once the seller adds them. You can't cancel in the app, but cancelled items give your points back. How-to

Fix a problem

My gift card hasn't arrivedCheck My Vouchers → Gift Cards. An approved card can be shown with View Code or emailed again with Resend. A pending card is waiting for stock or for your approval. A failed card gives your points back.
