Vantage Circle

How redeeming points works

Select your points balance at the top of the page to open Redeem. What you can spend points on depends on your company and your country: gift cards, coupons, merchandise, the Amazon Store, experiences and more.

The points your company gives you go into your balance. You spend them in Redeem.

Where to find Redeem

  • On a computer, select your points balance at the top right of the page. Gift Cards opens first, with a bar of the other options above it. If an option isn’t in the bar, select … at the end of it.
  • On a phone, tap Redeem at the bottom of the screen, or open the menu and tap Redeem Points. You’ll see “Redeem your points” with one card for each option.

If your company uses the travel booking site in Experiences, selecting your balance opens Experiences instead. The bar at the top takes you to the other options.

What you can redeem points for

Your company chooses which of these you get, and some only work in certain countries. If you don’t see one, your company doesn’t offer it to you.

  • Gift Cards. E-gift cards from brands, sent to your email. See Redeem points for a gift card.
  • Coupons. Discount codes for a brand’s website or app. See Discounts and coupons.
  • Merchandise. Products delivered to your address. See Order merchandise.
  • Amazon Store. Amazon products, ordered without leaving Vantage Circle. See Order from the Amazon Store.
  • Experiences. Holiday packages or a travel booking site. See Book an experience.
  • Milestone Catalog. Gifts for your work anniversary. See Milestones and celebrations.
  • Reward Store. Select a category to open a partner store in a new tab.
  • Brand Store. Your company’s own branded items. Select Visit Brand Store to open the store in a new tab. You pay with points there, and with another payment method if you don’t have enough points.

How spending works

  • You spend only what the item costs. The rest of your balance stays for later. There’s no need to use it all at once.
  • The price is in points. For a gift card, you pick one of the amounts the brand offers. For products, tax and delivery charges are added before you confirm.
  • You need enough points for the whole item. You can’t make up the difference with money, except in the Brand Store. If your company lets you buy points, you’ll see Add Points when you’re short.
  • Points come off your balance when you confirm. Each redemption shows in your Points Statement. See Your points.

If you have more than one points wallet

Some companies give you separate wallets, for example for different programs. The options in Redeem change with the wallet you pick. Your main wallet shows every option your company offers. Other wallets show fewer, sometimes only Merchandise.

On the gift cards page, check the line “You are redeeming with points from” before you redeem. For how wallets work, see Your points.

Where to find what you redeemed

  • Gift cards and coupons: select your profile picture, then My Vouchers → Gift Cards.
  • Merchandise, Amazon Store and experiences: Order History, in the Redeem bar or the phone menu. See Track an order.
