Jason Desentz is a seasoned global human resources executive with over 25 years of leadership experience across diverse industries, including automotive, manufacturing, healthcare, financial services, and consulting. His international expertise spans the Americas, Europe, Asia, and Australia, where he has consistently developed HR strategies that elevate organizational performance and align with strategic business goals.

As the Chief Human Resources Officer at Toshiba Americas, Jason leads the human capital strategy across the company’s regional operations. He plays a pivotal role in supporting Toshiba’s mission to advance modern life through innovation in energy, social infrastructure, electronics, and digital solutions.

Before his current role, Jason served as the CHRO at Horizon Global (NYSE: HZN), where he directed HR initiatives for 67 facilities across 21 countries. During his tenure, he spearheaded global integration efforts, implemented cost optimization programs, and strengthened talent management frameworks.

Jason holds a Bachelor's degree, an MBA, and is a Doctorate in Business (ABD).
