Download Rewards Hub reports Go to Rewards Hub → Reports, pick a report such as the Points Redemption Report, set its filters, select Generate report, then Download CSV or Download Excel. How-to
Edit the points upload email Go to Rewards Hub → Emails, open a template, edit it and select Save email. Your own templates are used only for uploads with the Points CSV with custom email type. How-to
Points redemption Rewards Hub → Points redemption shows, for one country, how much employees redeem each month and through which channels: gift cards, merchandise, partner stores and experiences. Reference
Rewards Hub overview Rewards Hub → Overview shows the redemption rate for one country: the share of points employees could spend that they actually redeemed, with the budget and wallet figures behind it. Reference
