Every point given, taken back and uploaded.
Approve or reject uploaded points Go to Rewards Hub → Reward points → Approvals. Approving needs a one-time code from your email and issues the points; rejecting deletes the batch. Neither can be undone. How-to
Choose who approves points uploads Go to Rewards Hub → Upload approvals and select Assign approver. Each uploader has one approver, who reviews every batch that uploader submits. How-to
Give points to many employees with a CSV file Go to Rewards Hub → Reward points → Award points, choose the upload type, fill in the CSV template and select Submit for approval. No points move until an approver approves the batch. How-to
Take back points from an award Go to Rewards Hub → Reward points → Revoke points, pick the employee and revoke one award at a time. Only awards whose points haven't been spent are listed. How-to
