QR Code
Your HR team or manager will share a QR code, either printed and displayed in your workspace or sent through an internal channel. Scan it with your phone’s camera and the survey opens directly in your browser. No app or login required.
Kiosk Link
Your HR team may also set up a shared device (a tablet or computer in a common area) with the survey link already open. Walk up, complete the survey, and your responses are submitted anonymously just like any other method.
Your anonymity is still protected
Whether you access the survey by email, QR code, or kiosk, your responses are completely anonymous. Your name and identity are never linked to your answers.
