Yes. Any follow-up conversation between you and your HR admin is fully anonymous on both sides.
How it works
If HR wants to follow up on feedback you submitted, you’ll receive an email notification. You can open the thread and reply. The conversation continues like a chat, but neither side knows who the other person is.
- Your messages appear as “Employee” on the HR admin’s side.
- Their messages appear as “HR” on your side.
- No names, email addresses, or any other identifiers are ever shown.
What to expect
- You can go back and forth as many times as needed in the same thread.
- There’s no obligation to reply. If you don’t want to continue the conversation, you don’t have to.
- Your anonymity is protected throughout, even after multiple exchanges.
This two-way anonymity is what makes it safe to be honest. You can speak openly knowing the conversation stays confidential.
