Once you click Finish, your responses are submitted and added to the survey results immediately. From that point, your answers are part of the aggregated data your HR team uses to understand how the organization is feeling.
What happens to your responses
- Your answers are combined with those of other employees and shown as group-level scores on the HR admin’s dashboard.
- Any open-ended comments you wrote appear anonymously in the feedback section, where HR can read and respond to them.
- Your individual answers are never displayed separately or linked back to you.
What comes next
Your HR team reviews the results and looks for patterns: which categories are strong, which need attention, and where engagement has shifted since the last survey. They may follow up on specific feedback, introduce changes, or share results with the wider team.
If HR replies to a comment you left, you’ll receive an email notification. You can respond and continue the conversation anonymously if you’d like.
When will the next survey arrive?
That depends on the frequency your organization has set. You might receive questions weekly, fortnightly, or monthly. The invitation will arrive in your inbox when the next round is ready.
