How are the questions distributed in the survey?

The questions in your survey are selected by your HR team. The order in which they are delivered to you is randomized, so you and your colleagues won’t always receive the same questions at the same time.
This is intentional. By distributing questions across employees at different times, the platform can gather enough responses for each question to show meaningful data in the analytics. Once sufficient responses come in for a question, it appears in the results.
Why you might see the same question again
There are two reasons a question can repeat:
- You skipped it before. If you skipped a question in a previous survey round, it will come back in a later round to give you another chance to answer it.
- It’s a recurring question. Some questions are asked periodically to track how things change over time. Seeing the same question after a few months is intentional. It’s how HR compares scores and spots trends.
