Survey questions come from 10 engagement categories:

Question types
Questions come in three formats:
- Rating scale (1–5): You’ll see a statement and choose a number from 1 to 5, where 1 means “totally disagree” and 5 means “totally agree.” This is the most common format.
- Multiple choice: You’ll be given a question with a set of options and asked to pick one.
- Open-ended: You can write a response in your own words. These are optional, and your written comments are always anonymous.
