We’re excited to introduce Phygital Recognition, a new feature in our Vantage Recognition platform, blending digital and physical recognition for personalized, on-the-go employee appreciation across all sectors. 

What Are Its Key USPs? 

  • Physical & Digital Blend: Employees get a physical card with a QR code for instant access to rewards via their smartphones. 
  • Customizable Designs: Tailor cards to match your company’s branding for a personal touch. 
  • Instant Access & Tracking: Easily track recognition on-the-go through mobile. 
  • Monetary & Non-Monetary Recognition: Offer both monetary and non-monetary rewards for flexible recognition.

What Are Its Key USPs? 

  1. Recognition Frequency: Automatically identifies team members who haven’t been recognized in the past 30 days. 
  1. Team Values Earned: Tracks and highlights the top values earned by employees, aligning recognition with company culture. 
  1. Peer Recognition: Effortlessly recognize peers for their contributions, fostering a culture of appreciation. 

Impact: 

  • Ensure no employee is overlooked, boosting team morale and engagement. 
  • Empower HR and managers with instant recognition data to engage effectively. 
  • Reinforce company values by recognizing employees who embody them. 

Customization Options: 

Add custom messages to each peer recognition, making it specific and meaningful to the individual.

Profile Badging

We’re excited to introduce Profile Badging, a feature that allows employees to earn and display profile badges, digital recognitions that make their achievements visible across the organization.

Introducing Boost, a feature that allows managers and authorized stakeholders to enhance recognition moments by adding additional reward points to existing monetary recognitions. This amplifies the visibility and impact of employee achievements, making recognition more meaningful and rewarding.

  • Amplifies visibility of high-impact contributions. 
  • Addes extra reward points with single click 
  • Enables cross-functional recognition. 
  • Makes recognition scalable, flexible, and impactful 

Capabilities 

  • Access restricted to designated Boost holders with defined usage limits. 
  • Applicable only for monetary recognitions. 
  • Adds extra reward points to enhance recognition impact. 
  • Points automatically deducted from the holder’s reward budget. 
  • Supports department-specific reward wallets.
